Mark Rad 4/6/11 My two miniature dachshunds are staying with Janet,
Mike, and Faith. This is their third
visit in the last two months, I am very happy with the services they
provide. It is obvious that they take
the time to get to know the animals staying with them, and make them feel
loved and well taken care of. One of
my dogs is aggressive and dislikes strangers, especially other men. Mike was actually able to pet this dog
while I was holding her! Anyone else
who has tried this has received a pretty nasty bite. This showed me that my dog had developed
trust in them. I am very pleased with
their rates and their service. They
have gone out of their way to accommodate me.

our dogs than we could have ever imagined.
Before we found Starbarks we only left our dogs in the care of our
parents. We never thought we could
find a place that could top that but we did.
Our dogs love it there, they get so excited to see Janet, Mike, and
Faith. We can’t say enough about how
much we appreciate having such a place
to take our babies while we are away.

JRTLUV 4/6/11 Janet and Mike gave us help after rescue FOR FREE
just to be sure the dogs would not have to be put up for adoption again.
Hours and hours of working with us on physical, psychological, and the
specific temperament of these dogs. We used Starbarks for overnights as well
and there has never been an issue. We
love Starbarks and all they do for the canine community. Their proceeds and
free space going to rescue is a testament to their love of all animals. (customer

CanineRescue 4/4/11 I've been working in K9 rescue for about 20 years.
Every since I discovered Starbarks my dogs always go to them. This is an
amazing family trying very hard to keep prices down and help the canine
community. Though Janet could charge hundreds of dollars for training it's a
mere $25 for her to come to your house and teach you pack leader method! When
I have a rescue that I can't find a foster for, Starbarks takes them at NO
CHARGE! Even through Janet's battle with cancer, they have always been there
for me. The dogs are always happy and healthy - even the rescues. I have had
20+ stays at Starbarks without incident and I recommend them without
