This family had a large mastiff who when taken to another kennel other then Starbarks was left in the cage for days and watered down with a hose because he was aggressive.  The kennel asked her to never bring him back.   Rocky was aggressive with us too but the outcome was very different:  Here is her letter:

 

“I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of Rocky for us.  We were nervous about taking a family vacation and leaving him behind ... but after your first check-in phone call, we were really able to relax and enjoy ourselves.  We love Rocky so much and are so glad that you brought out the "good boy" in him.  My husband was amazed at how Rocky took to Mike - must have been those hours out in the yard with him!  :o)  Anyway, thank you so much, and we will definitely be calling you if/when we take another trip.  I plan on adding to your excellent review list on Kudzu, but if you need a referral for anyone with a situation like ours (big "intimidating" dog) feel free to have them give me a call! - Christian and Jennifer.”
